Navigating the available options regarding ISAs can be confusing. With 6 months to go before the end of the tax year, now is a good time to look at whether you should be contributing to an ISA.
Over time the ISA allowance has increased considerably, but savings rates have dropped.
The Cash ISA & Stocks & Shares ISA allowance is currently £15,240 per person in this tax year, and it’s rising to £20,000 per person from April 2017. What’s more, to suit your aims and objectives, ISAs can be switched from previous years between Cash and Stocks & Shares options and vice versa.
So there’s never been a better time to review your ISAs and decide whether they are in the right place for your needs. To find out more, download our Guide to ISAs.
